Kamille Washington leads DEI and internal communications at Workhuman. In this dual role, she helps shape the company’s culture by aligning inclusive values with the way people connect, communicate, and engage across the organization. Her work bridges strategy and storytelling to foster a workplace where every voice feels seen, heard, and valued.Before joining Workhuman, Kamille led DEI at Wayfair and spent over a decade in higher education, where she held leadership roles across financial aid, international strategic partnerships, pipeline programs, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.She is passionate about driving meaningful, lasting change within organizations and believes that courageous, transparent dialogue is essential to that process. Kamille holds both a BA and an MPA from Harvard University and proudly hails from Memphis, TN.
